Esta fantástica villa de 3 bedrooms está situada en Batería Colorado, en la zona del Pinar de los Franceses, al norte de Chiclana. La zona es muy tranquila y la parcela amplia invita para unas vacaciones de relax.

La casa se sitúa en la parte alta de la parcela, así tiene vistas de la terraza de la piscina al lado y del porche en altura del jardín y del parking abajo.

Con sus tres dormitorios es ideal para 6 personas. El salón amplio con dos sofás tiene también un rincón comedor. Hay dos cuartos de baño, uno incorporado en el dormitorio principal. Del hall se entra también a la cocina completamente equipada.

La terraza de entrada, el porche grande al lado, el jardín y la zona de la piscina con su barbacoa ofrecen amplios espacios para descansar y pasar un tiempo juntos.

Zona muy bien comunicada para llegar a otras ciudades, pueblos y playas.
