Outstanding, modern villa with 150 m2 constructed, 4 bedrooms with 2 baths, in a charming design.

The plot of 1,000 m2 is located in a quiet area called El Pinar de los Franceses in the north of Chiclana, at the end of a cuel-de-sac. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning. The terrace next to the pool has a pergola and a barbecue. There is enough parking space available on the plot.

The spacious kitchen with dining table is completely equipped. The lounge with two sofas has a view of and an exit to the pool.

It's the ideal place for two families with kids or a bigger group to enjoy a lovely holiday together.
