Charming little chalet with 2 bedrooms in the area of Las Quintas, behind the public park of La Barrosa at the 3ª Pista of the beach and therefore, quite close to it.
Outside, the house offers several seating areas: the small, shady porch in the morning, the armchairs and a sofa under the awning at the private pool, or under the roofed barbecue area.
The entrance from the garden leads directly into the equipped kitchen and to the lounge with ceiling fan and two sofas. In the back part of the chalet, there is an independent dining room and two bedrooms with aircon and ceiling fans, together with two bathrooms, one incorporated in the master bedroom.
Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, the area invites to walks through the pine forest to the beach. Here we also find bars and restaurants close. The holiday home is ideal for smaller families, also with pets.
