Stunning villa with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms of high standard.

It has got around 150 m2 constructed on a plot with 900 m2 with a heated pool, which makes it an option even for a winter rent. The modern pool has an area to lie down in the water, with sunbeds and a porch next to it. The house is equipped with central air conditioning and heating pump in all rooms, including the lounge and completely equipped kitchen.

There is a TV set in every bedroom, besides the television in the louinge, of course.

The house is decorated in a charming style, which is also functional and comfortable at the same time. This holiday home invites to relax with your family or friends in different areas, being located in a quiet rustic area of Chiclana, about 6 kilometres away from La Barrosa beach.
