Great holiday chalet with 3 bedrooms en El Sotillo, a 3 kilómetros de la playa.

The ample plot has a fenced off pool area to chill with a pergola, sunbeds, a barbecue area with terrace and a big entrance porch.

The house is completely air conditioned and has got a central heating system, which makes it an option even for winter.

Inside there is a cosy lounge with sofas and an armchair, a completely brand new and fully equipped kitchen in white, and modern, refurbished bathrooms.

Ample parking on the plot with remote controlled electric gate.
