Marvellous villa with 3 bedrooms with a modern pool in a nice garden in front. Big windows let in plenty of light into the cosy lounge with designer furniture and paintings. The villa has got an open concept: lounge with a dining area followed by a well equipped kitchen.

The light and ample bedrooms come with comfortable double beds and built-in wardrobes. The master bed has an en-suite bath and there is another main bathroom in the hallway.

Besides air conditioning the house has got central heating, which converts it into a rental option from autumn to spring, too.

The heated (!) pool has a chill area to lie down in the water. Sunbeds and the porch are next to it.

A stylish property in a quiet, rural area. However, well connected and only about 6 kilometres from the beach.
