Bonito chalet rural de 3 bedrooms en una zona tranquila, a 1,5 km de la playa de la Barrosa y Novo Sancti Petri. Dispone de salón comedor y cocina amplia con ventiladores de techo, dormitorio principal luminoso con aire acondicionado y dos dormitorios más con aire acondicionado y un cuarto de baño. Zona de piscina amplia con tumbonas y mesita al lado. En la salida de la cocina hay un porche tipo merendero con mesa de comedor. También hay un porche de entrada para descansar. La parcela tiene aparcamiento para un vehículo.
