Parcela grande de 2.600 m2 con una casita / apartamento chulo y moderno de 2 bedrooms.

Delante de la casita se encuentra la piscina vallada con césped artificial, 2 sombrillas y tumbonas.

Con tanto terreno hay varias zonas de ocio y relax: Porche / merendero con bancos y mesas al lado del campo de fubito con porterías de fútbol 7, para más goles! Zona de espectadores con sillas y hamaca, zona de barbacoa detrás del campo de fútbol con sombrillas y bancos.

El apartamento tiene en la entrada un salón con cocina americana (con aire acondicionado) con vistas, un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y otro con dos camas individuales tipo cangurú con armario empotrado. Hay un baño con ducha en la vivienda y otro baño exterior con la lavadora. Zona de relax y jardincito al lado de la casita. No hace falta destacar que hay mucho espacio, también para aparcar con mando de distancia.

Luces bonitas que iluminan el camino al porche por la noche.
