Nice and brand new apartment with 2 bedroom-, only 100 metres from the 1a Pista of La Barrosa beach.
It is located on a private property at its entrance, having the main house behind it.
The apartment has a porch with its little garden at the entrance. From the porch you enter into the lounge with an american kitchen, equipped with air conditioning. From here you get to the two bedrooms and the bath.
The kitchen is equipped with a twin ceramic hob, a microwave and a washing machine.
